Every hand-crafted Monica Vinader piece comes with our 5-Year Warranty. Whether you have accidentally scratched a pendant charm or want your ring resized or replated, we will repair your jewellery free of charge. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
This warranty is in addition to other rights you may have in relation to the piece.
Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.
After 5 Years (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we can still help ensure you piece is loved for years to come - we will offer repairs for the lifetime of your piece for a small fee. You can still set this up using our online returns process and you'll be charged the appropriate fee when you create your returns labels.

I purchased my jewellery at MonicaVinader.com
Use your email address and online order number (which is at the top of your order confirmation email and starts WEB, ENG, etc) to use our Online Portal, which will automatically generate the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us. If you can’t find your order number you can also login to your account to see a list of all your orders.
I purchased my jewellery at a Monica Vinader boutique or a department store
If you have a Warranty Confirmation email you can use your email address and order number (which is at the top of your Warranty Confirmation email and starts STO) to use our Online Portal, which will automatically generate the paperwork and shipping label you need to send your jewellery back to us.
If you have an original Monica Vinader store printed receipt, department store or partner receipt or any other form of proof of purchase (such as a bank statement) please contact our team using the chat widget on the right hand side of this page. We may be able to help locate your receipt or provide further assistance on how to proceed if not.
I received my jewellery as a gift
If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number you can use our Online Portal. Alternatively if you can't find the order number, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the proof of purchase. If you can’t get this from the original purchaser don’t worry, you can contact our team using the widget on the right hand side of this page. We may be able to help locate your receipt or provide further assistance on how to proceed it not.
I can't find my proof of purchase - can you help?
We accept many types of proof of purchase but if you can't find yours don't worry, you can still take advantage of our Lifetime Repair Service, for a repair fee. This will also trigger a new 5-Year Warranty on your piece. As a first step we would recommend contacting our team using the widget on the right hand side of this page. We may be able to help locate your receipt or provide further assistance on how to proceed if not.
